We offer 1-Year Service Contracts:

We will go out of our way to make our customers happy - We appreciate your business and look forward to helping. During the period of the annual contract, we will conduct an inspection of you system every 4 months, 3 times a year.
These inspections will consist of tests for chlorine residual and or ph level. A chlorine residual of 1.0mg/l must be maintained. We will visually inspect the treatment plant, color, turbidity, odor, sludge and scum buildup.

 

A mechanical, visual inspection will include aeration, irrigation pump, lines, fittings, alarm tests and condition of electrical controls.
We will clean the filter of the aerator during each inspection. If any improper operation is observed, details will be noted on the inspection report with an estimate on repairs if needed. Repairs will only be performed with homeowners approval.

This agreement does not include pumping sludge from unit or providing chlorine.

Maintenance Contract for 1 Year, $250

 

This agreement will not cover the cost of service calls, labor or materials that are needed to get your system back operating properly.
The homeowner will be responsible for adding chlorine. The homeowner will bet one free service call per year. There will be a $90 service call fee, payable within 30 days.

 

Violation of Operation: Include shutting off the electric current to the system for more than 24 hrs. Disconnecting the alarm system, restricting ventilation to the aerator, overloading the system above its rated capacity, or introducing excessive amounts of harmful mater into the system, flooding by external means, insect or ant damage, or any other form of unusual abuse.
